Which authicator app do I need to sync my phone to my computer Mozilla
When I scan the QR code to connect the phone to the computer to sync the bookmarks etc, the next screen asks for an authenticator code- I don't know which authenticator app I need to use for this step in the process

The same authenticator you added to the account — its addition must have been confirmed by it at that point, so it's an app with your one–time codes that you confirmed earlier.
(In my case I had the one–time codes paired with my iCloud Keychain and the Passwords app since these are readily available on current macOS versions. You might have made a different choice.)
