Yes you can have multiple web browsers installed.

However it appears you are running the old EOL Windows 7 which means you cannot run Firefox 116.0 or later versions. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support

Firefox 115 ESR is currently the only majore web browser to still support the EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 as Chrome/Chromium based browsers dropped support back in early 2023.
