CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN.

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I just get a 2-step authentication notice EVERY TIME I try to login and when I do try to log in, I get the "technical issue" notice. My page - https://www.facebook.com/SueCastner

I have been working on this since SUNDAY and I am the Press/Media liaison for a number of organizations. This SNAFU is going to get me fired if I can't get back on social media! There's GOT to be someone in your organization who can connect me with an actual human being to FIX THIS!!! PLEASE

Yes. Chrome. Mozilla/Firefox. My iPhone, MAC Book & Desktop. I can log into Insta & Threads. AND I started a NEW FB account with my same name AND all the other info is the same - email, name, phone#. It makes NO sense. Whenever I try, I get stuck in a "two-step authentication" loop.

If the same happens in other browsers and even devices, that should be an issue with your account.
