Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.37.0esr is the most current Firefox you can run on the old EOL Windows 7.

You can download the Firefox 115.37.0esr at https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ > Pick 32 or 64-bit > Language > then click on [Download ESR 115]

Firefox 116.0 and later including the current Fx 152.0 release and 140.12.0esr requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
