Anyone else have Emails going from Inbox to a Subfolder since last Thunderbird Update?

Since TB update 140.1, my emails coming into Inbox sit there for a few seconds, then move to a subfolder I have under the inbox for my Orders. My account is a Microsoft Exchange Account working with Owl. The emails are also doing the same thing in Outlook too. The only difference is when I reroute the emails back to inbox, in Outlook they go there and you can see them. In Thunderbird, the emails disappear from the subfolder and are nowhere to be found. They don't show in Inbox or anywhere else.

I have asked Microsoft, in Thunderbird Community before, and Owl, and no one has any help. I finally resorted to AI and it gave me lots of things to try but none worked. I tried repairing folders, making a new profile (problem replicated itself in the new profile as well), and so many things of which nothing helped. I have lots of different folders and message filters and all worked well for years until this update. It's a specific issue with the Inbox because I can forward messages into other folders and they will go and be visible there, but when it comes to inbox, they disappear.

My AI searches have stated that this has been a known issue, yet Owl seems to be clueless. Usually they will fix things within a few days, but this issue still persists after weeks. Does anyone else have this problem and a solution to try? This is really messing up my workflow and I don't want to miss any important emails.

Thanks in advance!

So here's the thing: it's a little hard to say because I haven't gotten any new emails in two days on my desktop application. However, I will add that I have been doing some experimenting with product lately and any one of those things i did could be the reason my mailbox is broken at the moment.

With that said: When it's time for me to fix it, I plan on right clicking the affected folders and going to properties repair folder and then repeating that for each of the affected folders. That's the good thing about Thunderbird. If you go down, you can always get yourself right back up.

(good metaphor for life, I suppose)

update to this issue:

So in my frustration at this ongoing problem, I was messing around and I had added the Quickmove extension some time ago to move folders. When I opened the menu at the top, I noticed that under my work email which is the one with the current issue, the Online Orders subfolder has the label of Inbox beside it (orange square). The actual Inbox folder listed says nothing. Could THIS be the reason why all my inbox emails are coming into the Online Folders Subfolder instead of into the Inbox where they belong? If so, how can I fix this issue? I have not found a way to contact the developer of this add on as no email is provided.

Does anyone else have this add on, or at least know if this is related to the cause of the current problem?
