unable to add webmail to Thunderbird
I was able to load 1 email perfectly but the 2nd email from the same cPanel will not work. Auto detect and manual settings result in authorization error. The email password is my cPanel login so would be the same for both. Any ideas?

Our server host helped by providing a different server username than was posted in the configuration area. Unsure why but this worked.

This problem is occurring on my desktop. I've already successfully set up both emails on Thunderbird for Android.
What version are using? What is is the exact error and screen shot of the dialog using to create the account?
