Microsoft Outlook has locked me out about every 30 days since December last.
Since December last about every 30 days or so Outlook locks my account. This only happens when I "hit" send on an outgoing message from Thunderbird. A friend has suggested that Outlook sees my outgoing e-mails as spam and when it reaches a critical number Outlook locks my account. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. Has anyone else run into this problem and, if so, is there a solution? Thanks, Ken.

What is the source of your email signature. While it looks innocuous, those using Microsoft word to compose and copy and paste or save the HTML directly run the risk of the emails being flagged as spam. Fundamentally involving Word generates around 100,000 characters of email (even if you paste one character)
