Firefox default
How can I have Firefox as my default browser independent from Microsoft/Bing. I have downloaded the Installer multiple times and the Microsoft/Bing site comes up with only the Firefox menu bar visible, and even if Firefox default is chosen, it's still controlled by Microsoft/;Bing. I am so sick of Microsoft/Bing. I miss having choices. My choice is Firefox for my default Browser that actually works as a Firefox Browser. Thank you for your help. C Templeton

Please take a look at these settings:
(1) Startup/Home page
If Firefox imported data from Edge or IE, it may have imported Bing/MSN as your home page instead of using the built-in page.
(2) Default search engine
Normally the default is Google, but it's easy for either you or an add-on to change. Take a look at the Settings page to see whether you can change it to your preferred site or whether an add-on is in control.
