Hi Emma, is the add-on disabled? Could you check the Add-ons page and see whether there is a more detailed explanation of the problem there. Either: * Ctrl+Shift+a * "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons In the left column, click Extensions. Then find your Norton extension(s) on the right side. Disabled extensions cluster at the bottom of the list. If the add-on is enabled but not working, could you describe the problem in more detail and indicate which version you have?
