Norton ID Safe use to show up on the tool bar so you could log-in and access all your ID's and passwords when you entered a site. Your ID and PW would fill in automatically for each site that you had previously signed on too.

Is that extension enabled in the Addons Manager?

Doesn't show up in Addons anymore. Even did a search for it. It does show up in IE and works, but I'm not a fan of IE and prefer Fire Fox.

IE and Firefox need different plugins / extensions, so just because it appears in IE and not in Firefox means little.

Firefox doesn't remove extensions that are compatible with a new version of Firefox, it disables incompatible extensions and they appear in the Addons Manager as (disabled) along with wording that Norton ID Safe is incompatible with Firefox 26, in such a case.
