Firefox will not load at all when I click on it.
When I click on the firefox icon (i've tried the desktop,menu and the quick link icons) firefox does nothing. It's like your application wont respond. Internet explorer works just fine so I know it's not the internet.

Can you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Can you get to the profile manager? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
