When I try to open a webpage, I get a message--Firefox is already running and you need to restart your system--however, Firefox is NOT running. It doesn't even show up in the taskbar as running. Restarting works but it is quite a bother. Thanks.

Give it 10 seconds or so and try again. I usually find the original page takes a few seconds to disappear.
