Emails moved in local ordners in Thunderbird recently stay on the web.de server
I have this problem since a couple of days, it is new . When I move my emails in local ordners then they stay in the web.de Inbox on the server and in the app. What can I do that they are automatically deleted when I move them in local ordners?

You seem to use a Thunderbird beta version. Does this issue still happen when you update to Thunderbird 160.0b1 ?
No it´s 159, I was wrong, it is the latest version I could get. I didnt check before I marked the 160b , it was what the system showed me and I thought I have the latest version.
This issue might be caused by a corrupt message index file in the Thunderbird profile If it happens only when you move messages from Inbox to a local folder first try this: right-click on Inbox > Properties > Repair Folder...
I repaired the folder but it is still not working. Regards Uta
I presume that this happens in an IMAP account. And within this account does the issue concern only the Inbox folder or other folders, too? Please explain how you are moving messages: do you use the drag & drop method or R-click > Move to ?
Yes, I move messages from Inbox to Local Folders with R click- move to - Local folders - folder name
