how can I download my data

Hi Eric, which data would you like to download? Unlike Google, any data you Sync up to the Mozilla cloud is encrypted before upload, so there's no way to view or export that data. However, if you Sync another installation of Firefox to the same account, you can access the Sync data in that installation. Firefox on desktop has numerous export/backup features, but Android is limited and you might need an add-on to save out data like open tabs. If you can describe your needs in more detail, hopefully we can suggest some useful features or tools.
