When I use my bank's desktop website, I can use all services on the site except when I request a Proof of Payment. I can do it using Edge. How to fix in Firefox?
I have also entered the bank's websites (http version and https version) on the allowed websites section in Firefox settings. What else must I turn on or off?

Hi, how can we reproduce this issue?
Hello, Great question. Thanks for asking. You would have to have access to a Chase Bank account as well as directed the bank to send payment to a payee you have set up.
Here are the steps I take: Chase.com | [any checking account from which check payments are sent by Chase to a designated payee] | Pay & Transfer | Payment Activity | [any listed paid payment] | See Details | Proof of Payment
User should see all details of payment including the front and back of the check which was written by the bank and sent to payee.
Currently, Firefox browser returns a page with this displayed text: “It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience.”
When I use MS Edge (ugh) browser, I do not get this message, but rather see a page with the details of Proof of Payment as expected.
Please note that I can see full Proof of Payment details when the payment is a check I have written, but not when the payment is made by the bank.
I believe I have had the ability to see such Proof of Payment details in the past. I do not recall the last time I had that experience.
Is this something you can fix? If this is a setting I have missed, please help me find it and set it properly.
This is their security kicking in:

Generally, when they only fail to load certain parts, and not the whole account, chances are it will fix itself sooner than later — but you can still try logging in using a new Private Window, restarting into Troubleshoot Mode via Help menu to eliminate any interference from your addons etc. and see if anything improves — but generally you'd need to chase down Chase reps to get this unblocked for you.
