Hi I am locked out of my thuundebird account now for over a week. I tried forced shut down restart start I’m safe mode and nothing works. It says processing. I need to get my email back! Help!!!

Please describe in detail what the problem is. Are you stating that, when you click the desktop icon for thunderbird that nothing happens? Details are useful.
