What site? A full browser screenshot is always more useful. What OS? System info: If not DIY, what make and model computer? If windows, home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox? 1- it's a service that comes from my internet provider and don't work on other providers and the site is : https://cinemana.shabakaty.com/home 2-i had the same issue on Linux and windows 3-i had the same issue on multiple devices 4-i have tried a lot of Firefox versions and editions like (floorp , zen and CSS files etc...) 5-and yes i can use the service without an account as long as i pay to my internet provider for that service

(BTW I'm from Iraq and English isn't my first language pls forgive me for any mistakes if there's any)

First please see Watch DRM content on Firefox.

Second, try:

• clearing Firefox cache;
• clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with;
• running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode.
