When I search for Walmart, click on "online shopping," my LG cellfone screen either (a) stays blank or (b) briefly flashes their website, then goes blank. This has persisted for about a month.

no add-ons that I know of (am not sure what an add-on is)
don't remember ever being asked about enhanced tracking protection
