Firefox opens in a completely black screen, and then is a white screen when trying to move the browser

with these two images, firefox opens up in a black screen and when i try to move the window it becomes white.
There is no buttons available. I've tried booting into safe mode with the run command window, the shift click on shortcut, and using the command prompt. Nothing changes.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
