when printing an e-mail (g-mail) in our Firefox browser, it defaults to Microsoft One Note. I can select our printer, but next time around it defaults to One Note. How do I change the default?

Hi, make sure it is set to default on your PC: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers, then right click on your printer.
