I can't seem to load a plugin fron dishanywhere video player

I follow on screen direction , download and run and restart foxfire however it is not in the plug ins. When I try to load from add in menu it won't load from file.

You should contact dishanywhere for help.

When Firefox is started, it checks for plugins automatically. If you plugin is not listed, the program may not have installed properly.
