How do I stop a video that jumps a couple seconds ahead over and over?

Depending on what video player is being used there is a shortcut to change this. In Quicktime: Command (⌘)-Right Arrow is FF, do left arrow to stop. Windows media player: Ctrl+Shift+F use: Ctrl+Shift+N for back to normal speed Flash RIGHT ARROW goes forward reload the page Others I am not too familiar with, but I hope this helps.
