I accidently disabled add-on and want my toolbars back.

As long as you did not check-mark any item in the dialog, the change is temporary. Just restart Firefox.

But I did. I checked the top one, assuming there would be "restart with add-ons enabled"; since I didn't check the 'toolbars' box, I assumed my toolbars would be intact.
