When outgoing smtp server is set to: password transmitted insecurely : and connection security :none. It works. However, If I change connection security to either STARTTLS or SSL/TLS and normal password, the smtp returns TIMED OUT. Any Ideas? Thanks
sharing a screenshot of your smtp server settings may be a big help. there may be other options.
