Is there a trusted (preferably from Firefox itself) Add-on that allows one to Text the current link from a paired phone? The same approach as Firefox's menu choice "\File\Email link".

AFAIK I haven't seen or heard such apps and also Addon aren't part of Firefox browser that is through the Addon develoepers to support such feature if they exits. Anything beyond the standard Firefox offering is by Addon or 3rd party software.
