Who is your bank? Maybe someone here is using the same bank and can test. Can you post a screenshot showing the issue and block personal info? Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
