Hello,

I recently reinstalled Windows on my computer, and after setting everything up again, I noticed that all of my Firefox bookmarks are missing.

I would like to know if it is possible to recover or restore my bookmarks. Before reinstalling Windows, I was using Firefox normally and had a large collection of saved bookmarks. Unfortunately, I can no longer find them after the reinstall.

Could you please let me know if there is any way to recover them, either from my Firefox account, a backup, or any other method?

no sure if this is the right topic place, but nothing else seemed any closer. can anyone tell me what the h*** the error message i keep getting when i do something like "sort by unread" and then go back to "sort by all"? i also have trouble just logging in - i have 3 profiles that i use. could not find anything in the troubleshooting section and i don't think it would be from the malware app as everything worked just fine for several years with this running any help would be greatly appreciated! wolfgang

Running Firefox (currently 151.0.2) on Windows 11. I normally have the Firefox window full height of the screen but not full width horizontally. If the PC goes into screen save, when I bring it out of screen save, the bottom of the Firefox window has moved up by what looks like a couple of dozen pixels. The top of the window has not moved, it's just that the vertical height of the window is less than before screen save cut in. If I let the PC go into screen save again, when it comes out of screen save the window has shrunk by a further vertical amount that looks about the same as the first time. And so on...

No other app that I run on the PC has the same problem with screen save, they all retain their size if screen save cuts in. It's easy enough to get the FF window back to full height by moving the mouse to the top of the window until the mouse pointer changes to a double-headed arrow, and then dragging the top of the title bar down slightly and then back to the top, but it's annoying to have to do this several times a day.

Any suggestions on a fix?

I have switched from all color to just a highlighted silver color to all the pics and black and white for the youtube entries. how can I change back to all color in both. ijk

recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

I often accidentally CLOSE my Firefox browser. I DO NOT get the OPTION to click on & open "all previous OPEN TABS"! Only one tab at a time & I am not going back five times! HELP?!!! Thank You!!

A client of ours has recently raised an issue with with us stating where right-click, Paste does not work when adding text to a new LinkedIn post

After investigating, we have been able to reproduce the same behavior on our devices.

However, from our testing, we can right click to past on comments, messages and searches just fine

Troubleshooting already attempted:

We have confirmed this occurs on:

Clients device My work desktop My work laptop My personal desktop My Personal Macbook

This issue appears to have started after updating to Firefox version 151.0.0. I know this as i have tested this on my work laptop, appeared to work fine then stopped working after manually updating from 150.0.3 to 151.0.0.

Please let us know if there are any known issues, additional troubleshooting steps, or if further diagnostic information would help I have attached screenshots of the issue.

I have also tested this in the Google Chrome web browser and appears to be working correctly as also seen in the screenshots.

I used to be able to add another site on the top toolbar to the one I am currently on ---- this was on the toolbar at the top of the page. This ability has disappeared recently.

I'm sorry to say all my groups and tabs were not opened this morning, and the restore session option doesn't even show up in options!

The groups are not even in my history even though I used them yesterday!

How can this be?

I don't believe they're all gone. I know sessions are backed up...

Hello! Is it possible to recover older open tabs from a broken device that had sync activated? For a while they appeared in the hamburger menu in the top right, but now they suddenly disappeared, and under the "connected devices" I cannot click the device or anything. It went broken 2-3 months ago. Best wishes!

I can't get my Firefox icon to go to my desktop and become active. I also cannot uninstall Mozilla - it just allows me to attempt to repair it. My icon also shows Firefox 2 for some reason.

My main Extension is 1Password which I rely on. I do have a few other extension and the same applies to them. The Extensions work fine and I can have multiple Firefox windows open with no problem, however if I click on a link in an email (often necessary) it opens a Firefox window as expected but my Extensions are not available on the toolbar and do not work. I can add them to the Toolbar but 1Password does not work in this window (opened from the link), whereas it works in any other Firefox window..
