Connection to Outgoing server(SMTP) mail. twc.com was lost in the middle of the transaction. My internet provider is Spectrum. I am trying to setup on a new computer. Thanks for your help.

For the outgoing SMTP server, try mail.twc.com on port 587, connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User Name = email address.
