blank page
Dear sir/madam,
I am using the TOR browser now for a while and I like TOR very much ,only I encounter 2 problems:
A-when I go to my newspaper ( www.telegraaf.nl) and the go to the puzzle site , I see everything

B-when I open my webmail program (www.xs4all.nl/webmail) ,then after a few minutes I have to
log in again , over and over , how can I solve this problem .???

As to the first problem, that web page requires cookies and a player on your
system. Make sure you have cookies enabled. As to the JAVA player,
Check These Links.

Clear the Cache Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
and
Remove Cookies Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
If there is still a problem,
Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Note that TOR comes with its own Firefox version that might behave differently and might also have some features disabled or configured differently.
A: The puzzle is a Flash object, so you may not be able to see this object as all plugins are disabled when using TOR.
B: Such issues be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked (check the permissions on the about:permissions page).
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
