when i click a new tab it automatically goes to www.aol.com since i upgraded to ff 27

I HAVE UPGRADED TO FF27. WHEN I USED TO CLICK ON A NEW TAB THE CURSOR WOULD BE IN THE LOCATION BAR AND IT WOULD SAY "SEARCH OR ENTER ADDRESS" AND I WOULD JUST TYPE. NOW WHEN I CLICK A NEW TAB IT AUTOMATICALLY GOES TO WWW.AOL.COM. I HAVE TO ERASE THAT BEFORE I CAN ENTER A NEW ADDRESS.

Try go to about:config and serch for browser.newtab.url change its value to:

about:newtab default

about:home initial Firefox page

about:blank a blank page
