Bookmarks have disappeared, how do I restore my bookmarks?
My previously stored bookmarks have all disappeared. I don't know why this has happened today. I need help to restore them.

Try to reboot the computer and run Firefox once as Administrator.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Thank you for the reply and the help. I actually fixed the problem by clicking on "Show all bookmarks", then clicked on "Import and Backup". I was able to go to backup and click on a date earlier this week and all those previous bookmarks were reloaded. Whew!! Again--thank you for helping with suggestions.
