Everytime I reset my homepage, software education comes back,I used e-set and it deleted worms,i restarted and tried again and that same homepage came back

RickBoy57

I have tried firefox in safe mode and used e-set. e-set deleted 4 threats.I restarted my pc and this http://sftwred.info/ came right back again. It keeps setting itself back to my homepage. Since e-set got rid of the threats, shouldn't this be gone? I followed the article answer from another person who had this same problem.I have tried almost everything. Can you please help me with this? Its driving me crazy.

hello RickBoy57, please refer to How to fix preferences that won't save.

yahoo is my homepage until I close firefox, then that software education page takes over again when I open firefox. It is changed in ie,but not firefox. There was an article I read early this morning where someone else had this same problem with this same homepage. I READ IT BRIEFLY AND IT TOLD HER TO GO TO E-SET which I did. Here is the results it found:
