Ffirefox reads disabled for plugins Real player and Adobe flash player even when I enabled both. Why?

There is a typed message that cant be removed in Firefox beside some plugins like Real Player 15t... and Flashplayer. So it seems that even though I downloaded both and enabled them, nothing is happening and when I connect to a site it says I need flashplayer 11.
