I have the same problem, and instead of waiting for this useless team to come up with a resolution - I will be uninstalling Firefox today from all of my Windows computers and I will be only using Firefox on Linux. Firefox just works better on non-windows computer systems...They still have yet to resolve the memory leak issues this browser has on Windows, and now they have messed up their own automatic update function. This browser keeps getting worse as each new version is released. I guess this should be expected from free software.....
