Just need a tab or link for when the upgrade was a bad move. I need logmein to function for my job, and there was no obvious way to abort the upgrade after I was told that the program wouldnt work with FF v6

I got a response from LogMeIn today about this. Per their e-mail to me:

In chatting with another representative, I was told about something to check in Firefox that I didn't know about - if you go to Options > Advanced > General > Browsing > Use hardware acceleration when available and uncheck it - it might resolve your issue with Firefox 6.

I admit, after doing this one simple step, I tested by using the Ignition app for iPhone, remoted my computer, and Firefox 6 responded flawlessly!

A practical solution to return to the previous version of Firefox is:

- Visit the Mozilla FTP server ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/

- Access to version 5.0 or 5.xx of Firefox

- Navigate to the folder Win32/es-ES (For Windows)

- Firefox Setup 5.0.exe Click on, start the download and then install.

After installation, and should return to have our favorites and the configuration of our Firefox. Indeed, it is necessary to disable update checking in Firefox browser options.
