I have firefox 4 and can't sign into my hotmail account. I get a download window with default.aspx. I can sign into hotmail on Internet Explorer.
I have xp home edition, version 2002, service pak 3, I have tried the deleting cookies, cache, and history etc. and this does not fix the problem. I just started having this problem on 6-15-2011.

Hotmail is rolling out a server change at their end which might be causing this problem. Mozilla has spoken to them about it and they are trying to fix it. I won't be able to provide you a time estimate by when it will be solved but hotmail/mozilla is certainly looking at this issue.
