I am missing my bookmarks and none of the things you suggest work because I cannot even find my task manager or processes options!

My bookmarks just disappeared off my toolbar. I'm not sure why. When I do things Firefox suggests such as going to task manager and then processes, I am unable to even find "task manager" on my toolbar! Please give me the correct, specific directions for fixing this! I do not have a PhD in computers!

You can open the Task Manager via Ctrl+Alt+Del
