How do I restore the drop down menu bar at the top which includes Bookmarks?

Also, Restore the Menu bar in Firefox if you want to have the menu bar displayed normally.

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.

Thanks - toggling the ALT key turns the menu bar on and off.
