Firefox is annoyingly poping up with update box on a regular basis
The browser has become very annoying to use and it keeps using a popup telling me to update! the problem is not the update in its self but when I allow it to do the update I can never find where it downloaded it to so I am plagued with this constant pop-up, I used to like Firefox but recently they got barred from Facebook messenger video calls.

It's an option not a direct order as such :)
If you choose to update it does not download but overwrites you current version.
At the moment you seem to have Version 153.
