My Firefox just went blank. I have been using it on my iPhone and on my Mac for six months.
By Firefoxwss working great the last time I used it it is the primary search engine for my iPhone 17 as well as my Mac however, when I loaded it today it the screen just said blank. All of my bookmarks are on Firefox. How do I get this fixed quickly? I am, right now being edited. I’m sitting here looking like a fool because I chose to use Firefox rather than Safari or Google. First question they ask me why are you using Firefox. And then, of course, Firefox /x I/ dies all of my bookmarks are on Firefox. Firefox will not open! I have used Firefox for the last nine years. Never had a problem until today when I needed it not to have a problem.

Really? This is your support.
You should have been given some links to help you follow some steps to see where the issue might have been, but I'm not even sure I understand the description correctly. So a a couple of quick questions:
- blank screen of your system, or blank screen of Firefox?
- i.e. is it starting to some state, or not starting at all?
- you mention both iOS and Mac, is this an issue on desktop, or mobile, or both?
- if one doesn't start, you should be able to access your bookmarks from the other — that didn't work?
You can attach screenshots here to help understand what you're seeing, if anything, or some errors etc. …
