Can't connect to Outlook.com

latebird

I have an ASUS laptop running Windows 10 - I can no longer access outlook.com in a regular browser, but I can in a private browser. I can access outlook on my ACER laptop running Windows 7 in a regular browser and I can on my desk top computer running on Windows 7 and using the GOOGLE browser. I only seem to have a problem with outlook in a regular browser using FIREFOX on the ASUS computer. Is there something in the FIREFOX browser settings that would prevent the connection?

Hello,

You can first try clearing cache and cookies. Note, this can sign you out of some websites. Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data

Next, you can also try disabling extensions, and disable them one by one to see if it works. and if so, that extension is the problem.

You can also try clicking the shield icon next to Outlook.com, and set tracking protection to standard. If it doesn't work, change it back.

If all doesn't work, then you can try refreshing Firefox, but it will delete customization options, while keeping essential data. ONLY do this if you have all your data backed up and nothing else works.
