Move email contacts from People folder back to New Email Add Recipient folder do to Mozilla update error.
In Firefox, to send an email, you click on the NEW EMAIL button in the tool bar and the email app appears. When you click on the TO button to add email addresses, the ADD RECIPIENT page appears and a list of people and their email addresses normally appear.
THERE IS NO LIST OF PEOPLE AND EMAIL ADDRESSES. They have been moved to the PEOPLE folder on the left side tool bar below the top MAIL icon. The email list in the PEOPLE folder is still in tact
My question is how do I correct this error which appears to have happened during an update.
One would think if you highlight the PEOPLE email list it could be moved back to the ADD RECIPIENT list but that does not appear to be possible.
What is the solution????????

Once again, your problem is not related to Thunderbird.
Did you check with another web browser besides Firefox to see if the problem exists that way as well? I did, with Edge, and it does.
If you still need it, the Firefox support forum is below. You should mention that this is about the Oulook.com web mail site. Firefox itself does not receive or send email.
Dear Lin,
Sorry for the confusion BUT when I follow the Outlook/Mozilla Open Applications/Help/Get Help link, this is where it takes me. The header above says Mozilla Support!
As things are now, I need to open the People folder where my email list is now stuck, click on the email to open it up, highlight/copy the email address and finally paste the address in my email.
If the email movement was intentional, new instructions should have been accompanied the move.
I posted on the MS email site you provided and we will see what happens.

Mozilla has several products, including Firefox (web browser) and Thunderbird (email program). If you go here, you'll see separate buttons that take you help forums for each of the various products
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/
If Microsoft has a support forum for Outlook.com, they hide it well.
Good luck! It's a jungle out there.
