Why does Firefox take so long to load my EBay pages? Chrome is almost instant...Firefox can take 10-15 seconds. When listing or editing 1000s of listings, this adds up to a LOT of time waiting?

I use both Firefox and Chrome with 2 separate EBay accounts so I don't to keep switching logins.

Firefox is very SLOW TO LOAD my EBay pages (like 10-15seconds). Chrome is almost instant.

Can you try and load an EBay page logged in as a seller and see WHY there is such a lag in loading.

I'm using a state of the art Win 11 Alienware machine on a 1 Gig internet. I've tried switching which account I log into and it's the same. So it's NOT the computer, the internet connection or the individual account.

Thanks!

Hi there. So, it could just be a problem with how the browser talks with the server. It could also be due to the amount of processes firefox is running. Chrome has been more refined over time to allow websites to load quicker, whilst Firefox checks for a secure connection to the server. If this keeps happening, I suggest logging a bug ticket.
