However when thing go wrong the software tries to tell you what the problem is with an error dialog or an entry in the Windows notifications. So what is the actual error message you receive?

I got the computer fixed!! I didn't know after I would delete a page that I also needed to send the deleted page to the trash, I had never done that. I have had this computer for eight years and all that deleted email had accumulated, that caused my problem. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it very much!!
