autofill credit card fails
When there is a field to fill in my credit card info, the info will appear and let me select the CC I want to use but when I move away from the field the CC info goes away.

No add-ons. Extensions: DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials Facebook Container Open Link with New Tab Tab Reloader uBlock Origin
No, Firefox was installed before I knew about any Windows APP Store.
To clarify, that is a list of add-ons.
Please can you try installing them all and trying the payment card again.
