My computer is running very slowly on Firefox. It takes forever to load anything on Facebook, or my Bank, or any other site where I want to use Firefox. I have DuckDuckGo for search, and that is really slow, too. So I thought that maybe Firefox needs to be updated. But I don't know where to find the Menu Bar. I am 80 years old and don't know the computer "jargon." By coming here I lost your step-by-step directions about what to do AFTER I find the Menu!

On a Mac, there usually is a bar at the top of the screen with menus like Firefox, Bookmarks, Help, and so forth. There also is a menu button at the right end of the main toolbar (it has 3 horizontal lines):
