Stop history side bar popping up and disappearing when opening new private window

Opening a new private window (via any method, keyboard shortcut or the button in the burger menu) will show the History sidebar for a very short while, then it disappears. This is very annoying as when I type the cursor is no longer automatically focused in the address bar.

Even with show sidebar in toolbar enabled, history will pop open and immediately close. I first realized this history sidebar bug was happening with sidebar disabled.

Fixed with restart. I will update if this happens again.
