Had you been getting your mail and then suddenly stopped? You need to supply more details - att+ yahoo = multiple ways of failing - do you use a mail client or use imap with firefox? How many mail accounts do you have? Under settings>privacy and security>HTTPS -only mode checked? and DNS over HTTPS is on or off? What ATT service/modem do you have?
