Firefox blocking search by site

I would appreciate whatever help or suggestions someone may provide to an irksome problem that only happens in my preferred browser, Firefox. I've attached an image below of a page from a local grocery store. Like most stores these days, it is possible to search within that store and its web site for specific items and prices, etc. It works in at least two other browsers I've tried but not in Firefox so a setting, I'm guessing, has been changed within Firefox in the last few months (because this problem did not occur before then).

As you see in the image, I've inserted an item to find its price; and nothing happens. Before, on Firefox, and now with other browsers, I would get a display of all relevant products, prices, quantities, sales and discounts, etc.

What Firefox setting do I need to change so this information will show up again?

I have Firefox version 137.0.2 on this system running Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5737).

Sorry for my ignorance; and thanks again for whatever help anyone can offer.

In the future, please provide steps and links to replicate. I would also advised that the screenshot option in Firefox only shows what's in the browser. The OS tool is a better option because you can get a pic of the full browser. Anywho... I'm seeing results on the site. see my screenshot https://www.randalls.com/shop/search-results.html?q=milk

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

I'm sorry I did not send the links and other steps that might have been helpful. You tracked it down anyway -- it is the Randalls grocery store web site Randalls . com and the site search begins on that first page that opens. The screen shot was interesting because when I used your link to see it, too, I got a screen that had the circling image that I interpret as the web site is "thinking" or trying to find the item being searched. There's probably a technical name for that image but I'm sorry I don't know it, either.

In any case, this makes me wonder if there is a setting on my Dell Latitude E5450 that is preventing the results from being displayed? This would mean, I think, it's not a Randalls deal or a browser deal but a laptop deal. (But then why would other browsers display those search results on the same laptop?)

I have not tried the Troubleshoot Mode yet but will next. Thanks.

What is the site so they can replicate if the issue happens if they try it.

Sorry, all,

The web site in question is Randalls.com. The Randalls search field to which I refer is on the first / home page.
