When I open Thunderbird, I get a "Enter your Primary Password" I have forgotten my primary password. How do I reset this? Paid AUD.200 to ITCris, but no succes
When I open Thunderbird, I get a "Enter your Primary Password" I have forgotten my primary password. How do I reset this? Paid AUD.200 to ITCris, but no succes

Note: this will delete all saved passwords from Thunderbird as you no longer have the key to decrypt them.
